Saxo VTR Problems

Hi

Now then every now and then my little saxo makes a funny noise like a wining noices if i dip the clutch its gets abit louder, if i take my foot of the accelerator the noices is there but when i put my foot bk down on the accelerator the noices dissappears, the wining noice isnt always there its comes and goes and its realy bugging me....

Any1 else had a similar problem, if so how do you cure it

hi mate having a similar issue with a saxo furio, I have been told that this could be the clutch bearing or the thrust bearing. Just a suggestion I am getting mine checked this week ill post the results.

They have big problems with gearbox bearings. Is the noise there when moving or stationary? If its there when the cars standing still its the clutch release bearing if its there when moving along its the gearbox bearings.

ye it only did it when i was driving but it hasnt done it for over a week now its amazing haha
