Renault Master no power at start up then goes like stink!

Hi,

I have a Renault Master 2.5 Dci100.
When cold it need 5mins of idling to get over 2000 revs or any real power then it goes like stink. Every time you switch off after that, it needs about 1 min idle again.

I have had it scanned on a Snap on Solus machine which quotes "Code 19 air floe sensor data mismatch". We phoned Renault dealer who said that the master does not have one. They sold me a boost flow sensor which made no difference. We fitted new heater plugs and the EGR has been removed and cleaned. We also tried fitting the EGR rotated to block off the ports to see if it would run, although inefficiently, but it made no difference.

Would welcome any helpful suggestions other than handing over my kidney to the Renault dealer!

I had a Renault Trafic that intermittently displayed similar symptoms. Start up fine, wouldn't rev, had to wait a minute or so until it would etc. Turned out to be the accelerator pedal potentiometer thingy. Replaced it with a new one and that fixed it. Maybe worth a look?
