Rolling Road with Weber experience

I'm looking for an engine tuner with a rolling road and with a reputation for being good with Weber carburettors (40 DCOE). Ideally they will be in Berks, Oxon, Bucks, Warwicks or Gloucs areas.
I am keen to go to an outfit with a good solid reputation - anybody had first hand experience?
