renault 5 gordini turbo weber 32 dir carb hunting at idle?

Carb has been rebuilt and car has sat for years.Car starts perfectly on manual choke,slowly let choke in,revs go down accordingly.However once choke is off if i tap the throttle the engine starts hunting quite badly.Also the actuator rod on top of the turbo moves back and forward in time with the hunting?Carb is a weber 32 dir,any help appreciated,even if someone knows a ballpark figure to set the idle mixture screw at that would be a start,ta!

Has it got enough coolant?

One of mine does that if its low on water.
