Cooling any suggestions??
Discussion
Ive got a TVR with a twin Turbo Rover V8 engine in. Its fitted with a front mount intercooler with an alloy rad up against this with 2 SPAL puller fans on.
When its idleing it cant maintain the temperature and very slowly keeps upping towards 95-100 degrees. I have a 74degree stat in there and uprated spal fans that shift 2000m3/hr X 2 much improved over the originals. These new fans sound noticably more powerful but didnt help. The bonnet also has vents.
Any ideas Im right in assuming that when approaching 95 degrees the fans should be pulling this down. The radiator is alloy one but smaller than the original. Also on the original waterpump.
Any ideas??

No the fans are not shrouded, they cover most of the surface area of the radiator already. Is it worth me covering up the few inches either side and around the fans??
Thanks
If they cover most of the core and can only draw air through the core that's fairly good. Make sure they are tight to the core thoughThanks
And make sure the only air that can pass through the radiator at any time, is cold air. Ensure the radiator is totally sealed so no hot air can get re-circulated.
