Car was just in for a service, it was an excellent experience with a nice cuppa actually two provided will I waited. Managed to solve my locking nut debacle without a fuss and the front end is no longer knocking.... Sorted the little jobs including a mangled fog assembly.....
Cheers to all the guys, taking the time to chat and and make me feel welcome.
I'm itching for some pedders so will be back soon

Mine was in yesterday for a service and MOT never had a bad experience in all the times I have been there which is why I won't go anywhere else. I also want de pedders fitted at some point I guess you saw the big pile of them in the workshop as I did.
Yer s

Mark is referring to the Supercar coilovers rather than the superlow suspension kit. We also do a "low" set, or with coilovers you can have any height you want.

I still haven't decided whether to go for the XA or the fixed Pedders as they're the same price.
As the XA are adjustable, which has obvious benefits, what are the reasons to go down the fixed Pedders route for the same price?
The coilovers are a more performance oriented package. The "suspension kit" is aimed at getting an improvement in damping control without any significant compromise to comfort. Ideal for those doing a fair bit of mileage.

If a few are interested in a group deal then we need to decide the numbers, kit and a day out after..."
I've arranged a few group buys before - no offence intended to anyone on here, but they've nearly always been scuppered by people who make a big song and dance about how keen they are, then never follow through with it.Nothing more frustrating (both for customers, and the supplier) to arrange it all, then have a few drop out once payment is mentioned and make the whole thing uneconomical. Only way around this is with deposits - get some rough numbers of interested parties, some prices, then pay a small deposit to Monkfish to show your genuine intent.
Might be worth starting a new thread next week once Roger has a bit more information - would also be intested in a fixed vs adjustable summary too if possible?
