Yes. If you stiffen it too much at the front it will understeer. Speak to Roger phone

Yes, get the hotchkis sway bars. Make the front bar one click stiffer, and the rear set to next to last click.

I thought the Monaro had an anti roll bar already fitted. Turns out it doesn't, so good job I picked one up off ebay for about £30 + delivery biggrin

Are they easy for DIY?

ehhh? All monaros have both front and rear bars as standard.

mine had them as standard, rear is easy lower the rear subframe from the diff to swap, front is tricky as i had to lower the whole engine/subframe to swap

It's got bushes with it as well, so I thought it was ideal for the bush replacement as required. I'll measure the diameter and see if it's any thicker than the original.

I'll be having a look under the car soon as I have a friend with a pit in his garage so I'll have a proper look then. I did think it odd that the car wouldn't have one especially the VXR version.

How do these compare to the stock ARBs? Is the difference simply that they are adjustable?
