Has anyone replaced the 3 x dial pod on the centre dash?

I'd like to replace the pod of 3 dials in my centre dash with something configurable that allows me to pick and choose what values to display. I'm sure I've seen a few people on here put something in that looks quite good.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
