My Monaro 6.0 VXR needs its next service, and recommendations for servicing around the Warrington/Chester area (or not too far away?

WrexhamVXR8 has a garage, and used to service his own VXR8 http://www.moretongaragechirk.co.uk/

MW Performance in Chester have worked on a couple of member's cars in the past. http://www.mwperformance.co.uk/

I'll try Moreton Garage. I exchanged a few emails with MWP but they haven't come back to me with a price yet.

Possibly, but that's 180 miles away on the other side of the country.

So having read my service book properly, it was serviced by MWP in March just before I bought it but now it's asking for a 40,000 mile service and telling me to service the engine oil. I guess this is just the computer being a div?

But it really needs a clutch fluid change, the current stuff is black and full of bits. How much for that?

Can recommend MWP, they looked after my Ro during my period of ownership, have nothing but good words to say. If not getting a response, it might be worth giving them a call, ask for Mark.

Yep - MW Performance is the best bet. They are busy so give them a call - my Monaro VXR 500 is there this week for a bit of TLC. Let me know if you have a problem contacting them and I'll give them a call for you.

Tuning Developments in Warrington are worth asking as well. Do lots of Jap stuff mainly turbo conversions etc. Built some pretty quick cars though.

They have done some work on my Monaro and a friends C63 AMG. An wanting to branch out into the V8 scene now as well.
