VXR8 Indicator/relay/hazards issue!

Hello

My 2007 VXR8 has its first winter issue this year

A week ago the indicator relay was going mad with no indicator actually flashing, it happened after a right turn and was then intermittently clicking for the rest of my journey. Since then there have been no issues, until today.
Today when I turned the ignition on the left indicator flashed once and as soon as I turned the key the hazards came on. I tried flicking both indicators in turn, pressing the hazard switch, turned the car off, locked and unlocked the doors but nothing turned the hazards off they were still flashing when I got out of the car with the key in my hand

Has anyone had an issue like this before or have any idea what I can do to try and sort this out myself?

there was a very well known issue with the fast flasher i would say search but the search is borked. I'll see if i can find ringrams old thread

That did cross my mind but I thought that was just rear light unit related? All indicators were going on mine earlier

As someone mentioned to me about my TC problem, might be worth checking the battery voltage? I had a similar issue once in an Impreza and ended up being low charge in the battery. New battery was fitted and problem solved.
