Hi all,

Just sharing a few pics of the car - pre and post under sealing.

Pics are not great as was in a rush - but I am very pleased with the result, particularly as MW Performance (who had it done for me) meticulously prepared the car first, masking off the exhaust, removing heat shields (and anything else that could come off) and marking the bits that they wanted to avoid being coated.

Regards

Ian

Sorry, but I can't understand how a car can be undersealed properly when bits are just masked up like that.

The bits you can see, will be spotted at MOT time, and can be dealt with. What about the bits under the trim?

4th picture down is why I hate using garages as they tend to use that flat surface to jack the car up and bend the metal like that! Idiots!

MF use some custom blocks for their lift so they lift on the sill edges where yr suppose to. Must ask where they got them from.

Ebay. I use a block of wood on my jack, otherwise the jack arm catches the side skirt and has the potential to snap it I think. My car also has the metal flat parts slightly bent too, I'm sure there are a few that have! Use the jacking point to lift, then use the chassis leg to support with axle stands.

As far as I know MW use them too - they only drove mine onto the lift so that I could have a look underneath when I collected it.
