Just fed up with bottoming out at the back on some regular roads I use even going very slowly !
How do you mean bottoming out? As in the car scraping the ground, or hitting the bump stops? Either way, I can't see a slight increase in profile helping in a substantial way.Theoretically, they will give you an additional 13mm of ride height, but they will also change the gearing of the car. It's really not the best way to change the ride height, and I would recommend a spring change back to standard to do it properly.
Watch for the spring cups on the shock absorbers (if there are any) fouling the tyre.

13mm Plus the difference in tread depth between the worn tyre and the new one Watch for the spring cups on the shock absorbers (if there are any) fouling the tyre.
As per others above I'd recommend changing your ride height if you're concerned about the ride height.
Changing the tyres will increase your gearing by around 4% and therefore blunt your perfomance in each gear by around 4%. The extra tyre wall should make the ride a bit more compliant, but it'll also bring a bit less precision to steering / handling.
