Tbh I can see it being in there till Thurs.
I bought the car 3 weeks ago, and within 10 mins of driving away from (Slaters) the garage it had faults coming up on the dash, and cruise control not working ect.

Cruise control fixed, engine pully changed for constant engine squeek (which still isnt remedeed) there is still a constant sqweek, and MRC dash fault they cant find the culprit yet.

I have no doubt they will sort it, Just takes time, Neh mind.

Got a call to collect the car today, all but one fault is fixed.

The MRC fault is down to a faulty ECU.

@Dougie you might be getting a call from Slaters in the next day or so to see if VX will help, and hopefully not get an answer they previously got last week, which was 'no it's not a Vauxhall'.

If you mean the PCM, then that was a problem on our old LS3 VXR8. I can understand the time that Picadors have taken, as it's not something that you would think would fail after 3 1/2 years and 17k miles (as ours did) - but after Monkfish had isolated everything else, it was the only logical answer to the random outputs on the engine - though still a hunch.

£1k from Vauxhall for a new PCM was a little too much to wager (no Vx returns on the part), so Mf got a genuine GM one from the US for less than half that, which was more palatable.

Yes, I can understand exactly what you mean now.
