Rear bumper removal VZ CV8

Hi guys – could anyone point me in the direction of a procedure to remove the rear bumper? I (stupidly) reversed into a tree and while the bumper is undamaged one of the parking sensors popped out of its hole and needs popping back, seems I can only do it by getting inside somehow. Thanks in advance.
