Quick Q for the fish (or others) regarding suspension height

On the rear of a Monaro VXR, what drop is low and what drop is super low?

I only ask as I'll be putting the low on tomorrow, it's currently on super low with the 2 10mm spacers, and I'd say it needs to be up another cm or 2, so want to try and get the height right first time, so trying to judge whether the low will give me the extra height back, or maybe a 10mm spacer as well may be ideal.
