Suspension Clunk Help

Hi All
Suddenly developed a clunk in my R8's front drivers side suspension, gets worse when turning corners.
Car also pulling to that side.

Anyone got any ideas what it could be, and is it safe to drive say for 50-70 miles

Car has about 23K on the clock and is a 2009 6.2 model

If I had the same I would just get down there and give everything a good shake and find out what is loose , I would expect on a modern car that things should not just give way and fail , I know the suspension links are a bit soft and not cheap if certain parts have gone , plus check how tight wheel nuts are too

Update
Turned out to be broken spring, parts sourced from Monkfish and fitted by DM Car Repairs with very limited effect to my bank account
