After selling my ro a few years ago I decided that I need a V8 back in my life as really missed it and set out about my search and was lucky enough when I persuaded roger s800vxr to sell me his car. Not got to many plans for her at the minute other than changing the wheel caps for hsv ones. Brake callipers need repainting not sure which colour to go for yet. Long term plans are to get a cam fitted. Looking forward to thunder road this year to see what she can do

Looking good! Hopefully you got the envelope with paperwork and spanners in. BTW, the tape around the coilover threads is covering up the coperslip covered body so just remove to adjust, no rust etc.

And yes I purchased a bi turbo 650i coupe. Reminds me of my old Ro in style but all the modern bits added eg surround cameras, HUD, HDD, Dynamic Drive etc etc.

Won't go posting up about it like other BMW owners do as wrong forum but a spoilers on the way along with new badges, spacers and some H&R springs soon. A few other bits soon too but I won't be sharing that on the interweb. wink

Let's see who can beat your 0 to 100 time eh Aaron..... biggrin

Yes got the paper work cheers roger. I think 8.6 to a 100 is going to take some beating. New car looks nice bet you miss the noise of the 8 though?
