No-one selling?

Where are all the cars for sale? It seems like since the petrol price has dropped people are holding on to their cars? When I owned my Monaros', there always seemed to be at least ten for sale on the classifieds. Either that or they're getting 'rarer'?

Aside from those that have been binned, I'd imagine more and more are finding longer term homes, so less end up for sale. That and lots have all changed hands recently using up what little supply there was on the market

Yeah, I know Elite are the main wheeler dealers of Monaro's these days, I just miss trying to spot my old cars on the sales.

Speaking of which, who owns a black CV8 M88 ARO and a silver VXR KH05 KGH these days? I want my car back!!!

If you've had two and sold them both, maybe third time around you'll realise it's probably a bad idea to sell up should you get the itch for something else...

How is the old girl?? God I regret selling her, mainly due to the fact I spent so much on mods which I never got back!! I remember selling it to a huge guy from Liverpool who also joined this forum for a bit. Terminator I think his username was?

Think the guy from Liverpool then traded it in for a Audi RS4 in Sheffield which is when I picked it up 3 years ago. Apart from changing the clutch fluid which made a huge difference, regular servicing and I've changed the front top mounts, the car is pretty much the same. Oh the outside temp reading always says 70c but who cares.

Yes i did buy your old car (KH05KGH) i sold it private as i needed a higher car due to back problems , i ended up getting a V10 touareg for a while the i swapped that for a B5 RS4. But funnily enough i have just bought another Monaro Vxr this time a black one lol. For the same money i sold the silver one 4 years ago.
