tapping noise

Does this tapping / metalicy noise sound normal. More prominent on left side of car.

Is it a tapping & not a chuffing ? Bit hard to tell over the video

Just check on the downpipes there is a small tag welded on & they crack around the weld & chuff

Metailc rattle sort of noise. And more noticeable when under load
