Hello All,

I'm adding Apple TV to my car, so I can stream music, and have sat nav, as well as play films etc........

So anyway I need RCA cables that allow you to utilise the Factory rear AUX inputs in your R8

Can I get this cable in the UK, or will I have to order from the U.S. or OZ?

Thanks in advance

You could contact Foxdie on here (Jason). I think he made a few up and sold them to members.

Or if you're handy with a soldering iron, you could make your own. Details in the link below:

Don't forget that the video input to the rear only works when the car is stationary. When your speed is something like 3mph or higher, the video input is disabled. This is called the Video In Motion (VIM) feature, designed to prevent you from watching DVDs while driving the car.

This VIM feature can be disabled. Again, Foxdie can probably help you with this as he's spent quite a bit of time researching it.

Email received and responded smile

Apple TV in a car though, that's a first? Apple trailers at 70 MPH on the M1, that's gonna be fun biggrin

Ps. Thanks Paul thumbup
