Careful, as the HSV lawyers look through a lot of forums, and will tell you not to - even though they won't supply here.

No idea. I wouldn't think there's enough of a market in the UK for anyone to tell tales for commercial reasons. I couldn't tell you that the HSV.org.uk stickers got stopped, as the person who received the communication could get into trouble for disclosure.
I think the domed steering wheel badges went the same way.

I guess larger manufacturers decide that they are making a big enough chunk without harassing their target audience.
