No doubt some of the mercs are great cars have driven a few, never owned one due to service cost etc, wouldnt it be worth keeping monaro as a second car and getting something like that for a daily, worked for me in five years of ownership, monaro to special to part with in my opinion and good ones now becoming very rare, mine currently with the fish having some upgrades that alone gives me a buzz not to get rid.

If your journey in the Monaro has come to an end, then I can understand - but you must be very sure. This is already my second one so doubt there will be a third , but u never know.
If you have a good one, then I would be looking to pop it away in a garage for a year or two, and see if the yearning returns. They're not depreciating, so all you need to find is the room to store locally.
Good luck with whatever you decide.

Totally agree with that prices very solid at moment and surely will continue to be, a monaro is no Ferrari or clasic porsche etc, but a very individual car which always feels special when driving, value wise haven't depreciated as some predicated, also show me a better car which is easier to work on and mod and doesnt cost the earth to service for a performance car.If you have a good one, then I would be looking to pop it away in a garage for a year or two, and see if the yearning returns. There are plenty of great cars to chose from
You do wonder if you've made the right decision when parting with your beloved Hsv but sometimes you need to ,
I owned my r8 for almost three years and sold her overnight and bought something that I'd always yearned for
And have revived that feeling again and can honestly say I love my new ride
Just an idea but very expensive maintenance but also imencely rewarding

Have you got rid of the old cluncky Cerbera and now bought a slightly more modern Sagaris. They are now Gen F LSA money. Know which one I would have - HSV all the wayYou do wonder if you've made the right decision when parting with your beloved Hsv but sometimes you need to ,
