Seat belt maladies

Jumped in car to drive back and seat belt was stuck and would not move.

Had to drive back with none with passenger side plugged in to turn off annoying alarm.

Have found place near me who can replace the belt and even change the colour. Looks like the spring has failed, but it's locked solid. Took me an hour to remove. I hope I can put it back tomorrow.

Anyone had similar problems
