Nice looking Gen F GTS Ute in perfect blue nr RAF Odiham @ 2.30pm today

Impressed someone managed to get one over here. VX weren't allowed any! Also, in the best colour

Sorry meant it was that shape - probably a Gen F Maloo ie non supercharged. Wasn't sure if the VX Maloo was badged a VXR8 or GTS

Just a Maloo I believe. Can't remember if I have a picture of Ringram's back end...

The ones brought in by VX have VXR8 on the right hand side of the tailgate (plus VX badges on bonnet and boot)

I thought they only brought three (Gen-F R8 Maloos) in, so it could be a personal import or from Walkies?

It was definitely a Gen F Ute / Maloo with same front as yours in Perfect Blue. Didn't get the reg plate. Might be a personal import and could have been a Holden Gen F Ute. Will keep an eye out for it again

Your sure it was a GTS Maloo? VX didn't bring any of these in, just the R8's with SV Pack.

Sorry head topic wasn't necessarily right. I thought all the UK VX Maloos like yours were called a GTS like the saloon but realised it's called a VXR8. Not sure on the model as was going quick but had the front end same as yours and Richards

I'm confused about the latest gen f over here, they seem to be advertised as by Vauxhall as a VXR8 GTS but in aus the R8 and GTS are two different cars ?

We have the Gen-f GTS hence VXR8 GTS. The maloo is ls3 non gets, hence VXR8 Maloo.

No, the R8 is a different model - short for Clubsport R8, Clubsport R8 Tourer, or Maloo R8. The GTS is the top power model, then the Senator Signature and Grange are the luxury (rather than sports) models.
