Performance cars can look great with this sort of stuff on. I know someone who has roof bars and a bike carrier for his 996 cool

I used to get some funny looks from other scoob owners when I used this. Even more when I used it to tow a caravan. tongue out

I've a pair of Thule roof bars #754.

I use these occasionally when I've collected stuff from DIY places :-)

If you are going to do anything other than occasional lightweight duties, I would strongly recommend the proper roof fixings from Taubenreuther (see previous threads on this)

The Thule fixings are those that clamp against the door frame and I never get confident that those would hold a roof box in place at 130kph down the autoroute.

I bought them from Phil (HSV VE), as he wasn't too confident in them for his use. I have only used then to carry doors, long timber etc realtivly short distances.

Not sure is this answers your question - if not try again :-)
