Monaro Outside Temperature Sender

Can anyone tell me where the outside temperature sender is on a Monaro VXR. Mine is reading 4' and I'm pretty certain it's warmer then that outside today.

Think they are up under the front bumper somewhere but I am sure somebody will be along and correct me if I am wrong.
