Something along the lines of low 22x on the intake and high 22x on the exhaust. LS3s tend to need a large split due to the size of the intake valve. Make sure there's no overlap, so an LSA in the region of 114 or higher.
If you look on the US forums for an LS3 cam for a daily driver (and one that can pass California emissions) you won't go far wrong.
