pas cooler sorted once and for all id think

well for the 3rd time the pas cooler has been flagged up by monkfish.
so I decided to sort it out..didn't wanna go oe. as they are clearly not all that being able to rust etc.
so I ve gone for a different option.
today I proceeded to remove it and the old one broke when trying to remove the rubber hoses.it was that weak.
it seems to work fine and fitted with all stainless fittings ie bolts and jubille and pipe clips and replaced other stuff that was rusty with stainless too.
all in all a good couple or hours work.saw some rust on the crossmember too. so cleaned it all up with a wire brush on the grinder and prepped it with rust convertor ready for a coat of paint next week whilst its getting the front end painted.
