Centre console catch broked

Hi Gang,

My Monaro VXR centre console flap (the little one next to the handbrake) catch is broked

Any ideas where I might get a new one..?

Have you got the bit that broke off as you can glue it back as its doesn't have stress or weight to the catch just needs to lock in the catch

you can only repair if you have the old bit with a clean break to re-glue

don't bother with a paper clip etc it wont work, so get a S/H one as Gary (raving) suggests. easy-ish to refit

There was something on an earlier thread about an Ebay or Amazon source that sells the catch itself, a generic item for various different car makes.

Its the tab bit witch breaks its part of the lid

I replaced mine with the proper one, but if you search you can get a genuine VZ drinks holder that goes in that slot for cheap.
