I've put a deposit down on a new CV8!!

After seeing my Cerbera disappear with it's new owner last weekend, this Saturday we went to test drive an '05 CV8. I'd already driven the '04 model and was very pleased with the changes made to the '05 (with the exception of the smaller boot). The more aggressive styling is a great improvement on an already good looking car.

Anyway, to cut a long story short we've put a deposit down on the demonstrator which is silver. The car has only just been registered, and so unfortunately we can't pick it up until the beginning of July, but at least this gives me time to sell my other car.

Looking forward to meeting up with some of you guys at the Aussie meets.

Cheers,

Neil

It's gonna be well worth the wait I can
promise you.

I picked up a New one last Thursday & yes
it's everything they say about it & more.

It's quite an eye catcher as well, even I'm
getting looks, or is it just the car

Rocket - congrats on your purchase. The Monaro is quite unlike any other car I've owned, it's mad, you'll love it!

M3144 - like the number plate. I like plates that represent the car, I have GM04 MON on mine. It's always appreciated by those that know a bit about cars

Rocket - I think GM05 MON is still available ...

Thanks GSE! I'm actually keeping the plate R8CKT (hence Rocket) which was on my Cerbera, so I'm probably going to put that on the Monaro. I used to own V8 FUN too, but I sold that to help fund the original purchase of the Cerb. Wish I could have afforded to keep that one!
