VXR FUEL ?

Should the VXR 5.7 and 6.0 models use 97-octane fuel?

I Have been told yes AND no by 2 Vauxhall dealers!

(I know my 333bhp 5.7 is fine on standard unleaded.)

It specifies on the filler cap that u should use 'Premium' octane. Have used both, but would always use 97 or above, however will run on either.

You're ok using 95 in the car but it delivers 'optimal' performance on 98.....

We run them on whatevers handy
