Mild Steel Pacemaker Headers in the UK

I’m looking to grab some Pacemaker headers from oz 15/8 to 2 1/2, with o2 extenders as I’m an early cv8 / vz.
HOL0036 I think is the part number and I plan to connect it to my 2 1/2 x-force system.
Looking at that part no they are mild steel, is that a problem in the U.K.? I know from when I ran turbo manifolds stainless was problematic due to expansion, mild steel was better but might not last as long.
Does anyone have an opinion?
I’d like to go to A&S but too far really, or Hardknocks but I want to do it over a weekend.

Rust tends to kill things that sit about and dont get used. You could have them ceramic coated from new which would probably help in that respect.
Stainless turbo manifolds are not problematic when made and used correctly, although mild steel can also work fine too.
If you want stainless then AAS in Newcastle are good. I’ve got their medium length headers mated to an infinity X-pipe and Wortec cat-back exhaust on an early CV8. Distance is no problem as they’ve made so many headers now they do them off a jig so don’t need your car. I’ve never had any problems with stainless and don’t know of anyone who’s experienced any with these cars like you’ve mentioned
Another recommendation for AAS, they just made me up some pipes with new cats in, posted them down and they look identical to the set they made when they had the car years ago.
Makes sense if they use a jig now. Their welding work is very tidy, not that it'll be seen too often underneath the car hopefully!
