Going away soon for 2 weeks and was taking the new 6.0 with us.
Even worse, another dealer has one available NOW.

No way can I get my deposit back either, even though I have signed nothing.

None of my business, but, suggest to your dealer that he swaps the physical car for the one coming for you. Inter dealer swaps are part of the business.

Again nothing to do with me, but a deposit has been paid and a verbal contract determined, part of that contract is delivery within a reasonable time frame, if not then either party can cancel contract and any deposit money refunded.

Cheers. My bank is their bank as it happens, but would not do a thing, they said, until 6 months had passed.

Anyway, good news. I rattled enough cages, including Vauxhall HQ and have secured a new VXR 6.0 for THIS COMING TUESDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just need a Holden badge kit and a decent exhaust now.
