Tried to get Carphone wharehouse to install a new mobile hands free in my car, When I told them it was a Monaro they couldnt identify it so cant provide a "no drill bracket" and wiring loom etc. As it is a company phone and I have to use these people can anyone tell me if the bracket and loom exist for a Nokia 6230? and can I source one
Just installed my Nokia car kit in my CV8 myself.
You can get a no-drill bracket from www.dashmount.co.uk/jan04/71162.htm
The standard CV8 head unit actually has a car kit plug behind the passenger side transmission tunnel panel. This provides you with power, an audio mute, and the ability to route the car kit sound output through the car speakers. It's a very nice install.
I'll dig out the info and post it later.

I did order the commadore brackets but it was the same as the universal bracket (meccano style)so that should not be a problem.
To my knowlege their is no kit for the Nokia 6320 as everything has gone bluetooth, I use the old syle 6210 for the Nokia professional car kit, the last of that style of kit to my knowledge.

The wiring codes I used are:
Orange/Black - Battery - Red on Nokia loom
Black - Earth - Black on Nokia Loom
Yellow/Black - Car Radio Mute - Yellow on Nokia Loom
Blue/Black - Voice In for Phone through Car Speakers
See here for info. on the wiring codes and where to find the phone connector in the Monaro loom.

If you route the phone audio through the car radio, incoming calls wake the radio, as long as the ignition is on. The radio doesn't have to be turned on.
Good luck,
James
