Guy walking an Alsatian dog wants to have a closer look at the VXR, so I show him around.
He looks at the interior, at which point the dog tugs and the metal dog lead (about 8 feet long) scrapes all round the outside of the door.
Luckily, the door was wide open at the time, so only the edge is affected, but the car now has 12 separate tiny marks, down to the metal.
Great.

Gutting! I hate it when that sort of thing happens. Especially on such a new car.
Parked in a corner of our new office carpark the otherday only to smack the front spoiler into the kerb. The tarmac wasn't level & therefore the kerb is about 0.5in higher in that corner. Result, the front section now needs to be removed & the brackets or whatever bent back into place. Great!
