Monaro accident A34 M40 junction

Not quite sure it's the same accident. But TVP roads policing refer to an M40 J9 accident yesterday, and report car driver reported for careless and discharged from hospital. Lorry driver unhurt.

Apparently this was at around 6.30 in the morning. The owner is known to some on here. He suffered broken ribs and a punctured lung. Not sure how quickly people with punctured lungs get discharged from hospital?

UPDATE: Following the collision on the M40 near junction 9 yesterday morning between a car and a lorry the car driver has been reported for the offence of careless driving and has amazingly been discharged from hospital today. The lorry driver was uninjured. #P6874 #oxoncshift
