Went on a run over the Cat and Fiddle on Friday and pushed the car relatively hard.

Parked up in Cheadle Royal for 20mins or so and then returned to the car but it really struggled to start, took about 6 attempts.

Anyone experienced starting difficulties after long runs and short stops.

She has not misbehaved herself since.

Any advice would be handy

Only similar experience I have had is when I've turned the engine over a few times but stopped before firing. To start after that takes a few attempts. The baby kicks into life if you keep turning over with a bit of gas on - - yeeee har.

I pass through Alderley quite often

In fact I will pass through there tonight as I'm flying to Paris from Manchester Airport early hours.

Will arrange a meet with you in the not to distant future.

G'day Mikey,

I have the Micra as I dropped a rod through the block of my L200 Work Truck. I'm afraid that I'm not lucky enough to have a Monaro or HSV but am rapidly saving my pounds for one when I go back to Aus. Am a massive Holden fan however, having owned a couple back in Australia, an EH and a VT Calais. Can't wait to get behind the wheel of the Lion again soon..
