Has anyone experienced, water leaking in on the passenger floor.

New Monaro (April) only 7000 miles on clock.
I am taking it back to main dealer (Saturday).

All passenger carpets are very wet ???

Check it isn't the airconditioner drip tray being blocked. Check just above the transmission from under the car, there should be a little rubber bit. Sometimes oil and crap from the motor way builds up and creates a seal so that the water can't get out.

Would be just one thing to check. Try driving around without the airconditioner on for a while, and see if the water doesn't appear any more. Use to have this problem alot, and had it about 4 months ago. Haven't had the problem lately cause when I put the in car computer in the car forgot to plug the airconditioning switch back in. DOH.

Had that problem .It was mainly at the nearside rear passengers foot well. Turned out to come from the wheel arch. Took them best part of a week to fix due to the fact that the carpets have to come out which means seats front&back have to come out.Not a pretty sight.

If it's the same as mine Paul no quick fix as the underlay is foam as in sponge around 25-30mm thick took an age to dry out.DONT go to see it as it's being done unless youve got a strong stomach.
