AP Hydraulics is the company in trouble - they do mainly normal road car stuff from what i know, although the article suggests they will be sold as a going concern once the pension problems have been dealt with.

AP Racing is a totally separate company, owned by Brembo. They deal mainly with the high performance / motorsport markets.
