Devil yellow cv8 in Livingston apparently. Get in touch if its you. Is this the car from Skye that was up for sale for months?

oh and we're looking for owner of silver one from Peebles and of course RossCowan's black VXR he spotted on the M8 last week.

I know the sister, or sister in law, of the owner of the yellow CV8...she's a regular on the Civic Type R Owners forum that I moderate (I know, I know, but I've at least got rid of the Civic).

I don't think it was the Mull one but it was bought at a non Monaro dealer in West Lothian and I wonder if they bought it from Mull and sold it on...

Hopefully be another one around Livi soon enough as I'm waiting for the 6.0 VXRs to hit my price range before the RX8s warranty runs out!!!

well it'd be great if you could get the owner to come in here and introduce themselves to the other Scottish owners. Theres a nice red VXR for sale in Lanark at the moment - found it on Autotrader, complete with the registration S7 VXR which is pretty good. Bit on the expensive side though at 28.5k

Saw the red one but seems over priced. The 6.0 VXRs are now at that price point with much lower miles, plus thereg isn't included!!! You have to negotiate for it!

hmm I was sure on Autotrader the reg was included. My mistake and makes the car very overpriced then. For that money I'd buy a 2nd hand 5.7 04 plate and fit a supercharger.

If you ever see any 6.0s for sale in the central belt, let me know. Definitely want a big V8 after the RX8. Lovely car as it is, I don't think its built with longevity in mind. If I can't find a VXR 6.0, I might give James at Atlantic Sports Cars a ring about Saleen's

save the cash and buy a 5.7 - you can upgrade it beyond the spec of the base 6.0 for less than the difference in price. If you havent already seen what an upgraded 5.7 can do for a couple of grands worth of work head down to Newcastle for Jagsy's northern cruise. BTW the car in Lanark no longer appears in autotrader so guess its sold or they've withdrawn it.
