The new Commodore range is here!!!!
Discussion
these are the first simple renderings and offer little in detail but the overall design is probably very close.......
Bits that are expected not to change are front wheels close to the front of the car (small overhang), squared off flaired arches, doors and door handles, A pillar swage line.
Stuff like the front bar, lights, wheels and grill are most probably going to change before the launch.
As for HSV expect a more pumped up look and big wheels........................

You are so right panoma LOL
Now because I have come to these images again I am going to get off the fence a say they are horrid, horris looking cars, if it was for a European launch it would be the norm styling wise but for Holden to come out with such bland styling is beyond me, they have lost their unique style and become an everyday shape in a bland world of mass produced cars. My opinion and will understand others liking such cars, NOT for me though.

Yeah Ive been reading a little the specs do look good. The pics here www.privatefleet.com.au/index.php?itemID=402&branch=77
Are based on an acutal car. I think the shape looks a bit suck. Will need to see one in the flesh. HSV always makes em look better anyway. I like the long bonnet, long boot style, aka Jag, 69 Camaro etc, this looks like a MPV!

I'm going to have to go with the majority here, those cars are just a bit to bland really and look like they'd have a 2.0l engine under the bonnet not a 6.0l
EDIT: It looks like they've deserted the smooth flowing lines that made the monaro so good looking and reverted to a more boxy European 'Saab like' design. Oh well, HSV will sort it out I'm sure!
