HSV GTS VT1 Tuning

Hi. I am new to the forum and hopefully will be purchasing my first HSV next week. Any suggestions for tuning the 5.7 Iron block?

I think the Kalmaker software could still be used on the VT1. I know you could use it on the older cars, VS, VP etc.
