Paint codes

My repair shop guy said to me "do you know the paint code as it's an import?". I remember asking the Vauxhall dealer in Edinburgh for touch up paint and he said they don't have it. So the question is - does anyone know the paint code for Impulse Blue CV8 please?

sure you'll be able to get it without too much bother - I was able to walk into my local autoparts/halfords type place and buy a touch up stick for my black monaro - its a standard vauxhall colour. Isn't it the case that they supplied limited colours that were already part of the vauxhall range for the imported vehicles?

The paint manufacturer is www.sikkens.com.au/colour/mixit_online.htm

In the manufacturer cell clieck the down arrown and choose Holden.

In the colour group clieck down arrow and choose blue.

The the year and do the search.

It givers you quite a choice of colour names click on your colour description and that should help your body shop.

It is available in the UK as I had my Tiger Gold done last year.
