Pulling the dash out

Where about's are you head hoon.. thinking about heading down to portsmouth for the weekend... not sure yet though.
It can be a bit tricky, but pretty straight forward when you know how to do it, but assuming that you have a VT interior?
Mine is a 2002 Monaro with a VX interior. I'm based in Kent.
I wrote this (right click -> save target as...) a while back when I had to fix my kmh->mph converter pcb that sits behind the odometer dials. It should give you the information needed to get at the dials, just miss out the PCB repair section.

Thanks very much for this.
Two questions 1. Where can I get the tool to remove the stereo and 2. Is the glass in front of the clocks attached directly to them or just on the fascia of the dash in front (another words do the clocks need to be pulled out as well). Thanks again for this.

A1: I used a metal coat hanger & cut it down to 4 x 4" lengths. Push each rod into the 4 holes and the unit should just pull straight out. The tool can be had for a couple of quid on EBay. Seach for "radio removal tool".
A2: The odometer is one complete unit. The glass (perspex) is part of the odometer unit and is either clipped on or has a couple of screws, I just can't remember which at this time.
