Hi Guys, does anyone know if the cluster is a sealed unit or not on a 2002 Holden Monaro CV8? Need to know this as the the garage isn't sure and would like to know before they rip the dash out to do the job....Many thanks

I've got the cluster from an '04 Pontiac GTO (Monaro) sitting in my garage. It lloks like a sealed unit. I can take some pics and post them up if you like.

Thanks, if you could post them up it might help, mine is an 02 so will probably be different.

Obviously my memory fails me. As can clearly be seen from the photos the front and back covers can both be removed. With this cluster it looks relatively easy to get at the gauge faces. Why not take your cluster out and have a look? I know yours is an '02, but instructions for '04 and up gauge removal are here.
