M1 HSV

Picked up my HSV GTS yesterday!

Its awesome, a great car, its black and has been completely debadged. I had a huge grin on my face all day yesterday.

Just a quick question, how do i join the hsv drivers club, there is no info on the website. Thanks

(pictures will follow, but i use a apple mac at home and my phone wont talk to it)

You are the proud owner of a HSV, that is all you have to do.. Welcome to the club, (not that you need to buy a HSV/Monaro to be part of the club anyhow, but shhhhh..). I have had my HSV GTS Coupe for the last couple of weeks, smile is permantly on face. Fuel is going to soon cost more than what I bought the car for!!! But god, it's fun!

i have sent two e-mails now, still no reply.

finally managed to get some pics off,







I really like how it had been debaged, and the front and rear lower bumper (not usre what to call the usual grey bits) have been painted black.

I'm sure that was the same car that I saw on a couple of occasions at Talacrest, the Ferrari dealer that sold HSV's for a short time, back in 2000. Being completely de-badged in 2000 when hardly anyone in the U.K knew what an HSV was interesting!
The was a thread on it last year, if you search for it.
