Any idea seriously if these are coming in to the country either as standard 6.0l V8 or in HSV guise

Suspicions are HSV models only. LS2 engine most likely.
All guesswork of course, but Ill put a quid on it!

Which then begs the question how much do we reckon these will go for

30k-35k or 35k to 40k

Better start saving the pennies.

hmm 4 door car with HSV treatment imported to UK and given Vauxhall treatment - not gonna be much change out of £40k I reckon. Somewhere round the VXR Monaro list price would be my bet.

Just got back from the family holiday's (poor reason for missing Donnington), during the long flight was reading Autocar, 26th july edition and came accross the some info that seems to be have missed by all .On the Steve Cropley page his dairy colum for the week he details his meeting with Bill Parfit (God) Vauxhall MD when he annouced thet The next Monaro 4 door will be hear in 2007,(old news) With a 6.2 litre high ouput engine!!!!! Have not seem any mention on the Aussie H.S.V. sights about engine size or output yet.

We will see. Maybe thats the L92 engine used in the current escalades. Same as the L98/L76 used in the new 6L Holdens pretty much just with a larger bore.
