This one's the Corvette "blue devil", a Z06 (with a 6.2litre V8) lick with a supercharger, an official product due next year, I believe. Reputed to have 650bhp

Checkout the size of the hood scoop. I hope the production item is better integrated.

Ah if only money weren't a problem.

To be honest, I'd take a stock C6, let alone a Z06 or this Devil... but a 6.2 Supercharged V8 sounds pretty sweet to me.

Early reports said it was a supercharged 7 litre eek so I guess we'll just have to see for real when it's launched.

I do love 'Vettes though. The C6 is hard to fault, the Z06 nearly immpossible

And have you seen how low the prices for C5s are?

This little baby went for less than £18k Gorgeous colour combo lick

I'd love one of these, but it'd mean either mean leaving my little girl and home, or taking the Zafira to car meets eek

I reckon the perfect double garage could be made up of a Z06 and a Monaro VXR cloud9

Well, I came close to that... I had a C5 Convertible AND "The Boss" on the drive for 3 months

Personally, I think the VXR is a much more of a driver's car....even in standard form...The vette just didn't seem to be quick anymore but it did have a slush box.

The Vette was an absolute beaut of a car but the VXR was so much more fun to drive (and practical), if I could have kept both I would have, but the vette just never got driven and it was a shame to see it sitting there on the drive unused, so I decided to sell it so it got the attention it deserved.

I did miss the rag top during the summer...

That Vette was gorgeous, BO55.

I wonder how much the lack of a manual box effected your enjoyment. Isn't the manual box in the Vette the same as the Monaro?
