Is there anything "better" than AP Lockheeds?
Discussion
Harrop are very good but suffer in our salt covered roads and are not cheap!!!
Brembo and AP are the same company (well Brembo own AP)
Willwood are not well regarded in the specialist brake world!
Stick with AP......(AP Lockhead is a different company)

YES there will be more strain BUT there have been no reports of any undue problems with AP's fitted............
The AP'S are a product used by HSV and they offer a full warantee so they are happy.
As a side note AP's are produced in this country and warantee or problems are handled quickly by the dealers as they hold stock of the brakes.....

If I'm about to invest heavily in some brakes I want the best there is.
Have looked at Harrop and Willwood and Brembo (do Brembo do them for Holdens?) and, tbh, am dead confused now.
Is there anything better than AP's out there for these cars?

I have the AP 6pot conversion and have had them for nearly a year. TBH, they still amaze me. Ive never driven another car that has such awesome stopping power, over and over again. Just get them, you will not be disappointed !!! trust me. You can play about with pads, different calipers, but you will buy the APs in the end !
