I think we are getting quite addicted to these things.

Am sure Bo55 will agree that with one car the sound is amazing, with two, its absoltely fecking incredible.

clap

Shame about the wind noise though. It was absolutely deafings. Poor old Renault Scenic... Must have kak'd his pants seeing us fly past, followed by half-a-dozen .:R32s

We'll try and get some better sound clips some time soon.

All kidding and jesting aside, I am struggling with my right ear this morning. It feels as if I've gone back 20 years and been to a Motorhead concert and in the process getting stuck in Lemmy's bass bin. Sounds are very muted and I have ear ache. I kid you not!

Roy and myself did the southbound tunnel earlier in the day, might be a vid on the horizon for that and that in itself was absolutely deafening.

Then on the return journey and with the .:R32 massive holding the rest of the traffic back, the sound was absolutely increible. One sounds great but two is dngerous stuff. I was sat immediately behind Bo55 while trying to negotiate myself around the Scenic who immediately went into panic mode, and while being sat directly behind a Monaro in such stage of tune doubled with the sound of your own car......its simply priceless.

The whole experience took the whole party by suprise a bit, with the .:R32 Tyresmokers and a few more commenting on how deafening it actually was. Its also worth noting that Roy was sat a good 100 yards or so behind us, he aint stupid rofl

Have you ever tried Stainer St and Weston St? They run between Tooley St and St Thomas St underneath London Bridge Station?

They are great looking single carriageway tunnels, always tempted to take my car there, I work right opposite but just never drive in to work.

Two Monaro down there would kill anyone within 2 miles

Blackwall tunnel would be ACE i remember taking dads calibra turbo through there(took a wrong turn honest) and that sounded magic. The thought of a pair of monaros going through it makes me happy on the inside.
